Pathway

Five groups, one progression

Swimmers move through the program as their skills and commitment grow. Every group has its own coach, schedule, and season goals.

    Bronze Group

    Practice
    Mon / Wed / Fri · 4:30–5:30pm

    Legal strokes in all four disciplines and a love of racing.
    Requirement
    Able to swim 50y freestyle and backstroke unassisted.

    Silver Group

    Practice
    Mon–Thu · 5:00–6:30pm

    Season goal
    Aerobic base, turns, and first championship qualifying times.
    Requirement
    Legal in all four strokes plus IM.
